This policy explains what data Optivy collects, how it is used, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

We collect account information, connected shop metadata, listing content required for analysis and diffs, billing status metadata, and operational logs needed for reliability and security.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used to provide core product features: listing sync, guardrail scoring, pack generation, approval workflows, rollback history, notifications, and billing operations.

3. Approval-First Protection

Optivy does not apply listing changes silently. Data is processed to generate proposals, and changes are only applied after explicit user approval.

4. Third-Party Processors

Optivy uses trusted providers for infrastructure and integrations, including Supabase, Stripe, Etsy API, OpenAI-compatible LLM providers, and Resend for transactional emails.

5. Security and Retention

We use role-based access controls, server-side secrets, and scoped API access. We retain data only as needed for service delivery, auditability, and legal requirements.

6. Your Rights

You can request data access, correction, or deletion subject to legal and contractual obligations. You may disconnect your Etsy shop at any time.
