1. Service Scope

Optivy is an approval-first Etsy SEO operations platform. We provide listing analysis, recommendations, and workflow automation. Nothing is applied to your listings without your explicit approval.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and maintain valid access to your connected Etsy shop.

3. Billing and Trials

Optivy offers monthly plans: Starter, Pro, and Studio. A one-time 3-day trial is available for Starter only, subject to account-level eligibility. Pro and Studio begin as paid subscriptions immediately.

Existing subscribers manage upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations through Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation keeps access through the current paid period end date.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Optivy currently does not provide refunds. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal, and for Starter trial users, cancel before trial end to avoid the first charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, bypass security controls, or use Optivy for unlawful activity. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or violations of applicable law.

6. Liability and Availability

Optivy is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or marketplace rank outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.
